Aside from my ordered items, what other things are included in my bill? |

Your bill will also reflect the delivery charges and, if applicable, customs taxes and other levies. Depending on the destination and their classification of the shipment, taxes and other levies may be charged on your order. Aklatpinoy will include an estimated amount of these in your bill, based on the coureir’s charges. |

How will I know where my orders are? How will I know if my recipient has received my package? |

Aklatpinoy has specifically chosen companies whose services include a system for tracking their shipments. You can track your orders through the aklatpinoy website. Just send an email to tracking@aklatpinoy.com and provide us the tracking number you were given when you ordered. We will check for you and inform you as soon as we have the information where your orders are or if they have reached their destination already. |

What do I do if I misplaced or forgot my tracking number? |

If you have forgotten or misplaced your tracking number, you need to provide aklatpinoy with the following information so we can search for it in our records: 1) transaction number from aklatpinoy.com or; 2) name of person who ordered; 3) recipient of order; 4) date when order was placed and; 5) amount of order.
Once we have found it, we will inform you at once.

What will I do if my orders don’t arrive? |

Ordinarily, if there is a delay or problem in the delivery of an order, we will be informed by the couriers and we will then relay this to you. In cases when we are not told and your shipment doesn’t arrive on the estimated delivery date, you should inform us within 72 hours. We will inquire with the couriers on the status of your order and will email you once we are informed. (See Delivery Policies, Refund and Exchange Policies on home page for more information) |

What will I do if my book has a defect or damage? |

You need to inform / report to aklatpinoy via email, within 72 hours from receipt of orders, regarding defects or damages on orders. Pls. make report as detailed as possible so we can easily verify these. We will email you the specific instruction for you to follow. (See Delivery Policies and Refund & Exchange Policies on home page)
Defective products may be one or more of the ff: a. missing (not torn) page, b. inverted pages, c. wrongly sequenced pages.
Damaged products are those with dents, crumple or tear on any part; wet products; pen, crayon or any permanent marks on any part of the products.

What do I do if there's a missing item in my order? |

If there's an item missing from your order, you need to inform aklatpinoy within 72 hours from receipt of orders. We will look into your complaint and feedback our findings to you. If the fault is due to aklatpinoy's failure to send, we will send the missing item at our expense. |

How do I cancel my order? |
 |
|
You can only cancel your orders if these have not been brought to or picked-up by the couriers for delivery. If they are still with aklatpinoy, we will charge you a small fee for processing the cancellation. The rest, including delivery charges, will be refunded back to you through your credit card account.

How do I change the item I ordered to another one? |
 |
|
You can only change an item ordered if these have not been brought to or picked-up by the couriers for delivery. If they are still with aklatpinoy, we will replace these items with the new one that you requested for. There will be no additional service charge although necessary additions or deductions on the total cost will be done to cover the price and delivery charge of the new item.
Any changes in order will cause delays in delivery of ordered products. |

I want to return a defective book and get a refund. What do I do? |
 |

You have 72 hours from receipt of order to report defective or damaged items. Report should be as detailed as possible. You also need to inform us if you want the item replaced or refunded. Aklatpinoy will email you upon receipt of report and give you specific intructions on how to go about your request.
You need to send back the items in question so aklatpinoy can look into your complaint. Refunds will only be given if complaints are found to be valid. (See Refund & Exchange Policies on home page) |

How long will it take for my order to get to me or my recipient? |
 |

Length of delivery time will depend on destination of delivery and mode of delivery. The farther the destination, the longer the delivery period. You also have the choice of whether to pick-up the items or have it delivered via regular or express mode.
Any changes in original order may cause delays in delivery. |

To whom do I address all my concerns on payment refunds, return and replacement of products, complaints, and cancellations, additions and changes in my orders? |
