ORDERING AND DELIVERY POLICIES

  1. Once you have placed your order and chosen your mode of delivery, AP will compute how much you need to pay for. Computation will include delivery charges and may include customs levies. It will also state an estimated date of delivery.

  2. You will be given a transaction number for you order, an account number for your payment and a shipment number for you to be able to track where your orders are. All these numbers are very important and will be referred to by AP and its affiliates when communicating with you regarding your orders.

  3. You have a choice to either pick-up your orders or have it delivered. For orders to be picked-up, AP will send you an email to confirm if your products are ready. Only the credit card holder, the registered recipient or an authorized representative can claim the products. The following should be presented when picking-up orders:

    1. valid identification card with photo
    2. credit card used for purchasing (if self-claimed)
    3. letter of authorization from original buyer

  4. Choices for delivery mode are regular or express. Choice of delivery mode will affect delivery charges.

  5. Orders delivered to destinations outside the Philippines, may be subject to taxes, custom's fees and other levies by the other country.

  6. Customs fees may differ from place to place depending on 1) their customs regulations and tax laws and 2) the classification where products ordered will fall under.

  7. Customs policies in some areas may require packages to be opened and inspected.

  8. Unless specifically requested by you as the ordering customer, all importation fees to be charged by customs in the destination country will be shouldered by recipient of the orders.

  9. In instances when customers express their intention to pay for levies to be charged by customs in the destination country of an order, AP will collect from you, a specific amount, as deposit, to cover these levies.

  10. When deposit made for importation fees is more than the actual charge, AP will automatically refund difference through Yes Payment. Refund will be reflected on your credit card account.

    When deposit made is less than the actual charge, AP will shoulder the difference.

  11. You are giving AP the authority to transact with its accredited courier companies on the delivery of your ordered products to their respective destinations.

  12. You are authorizing AP, to act in your name, in remitting to the courier companies, payments you deposited with AP for delivery and customs levies.

  13. AP may disclose your and / or recipient's contact information to the courier companies for delivery purposes.

  14. Taxes, fees and other levies, may be disclosed to AP by couriers, customs authorities and the like, for purposes of payment.

  15. No deliveries and pick-ups are scheduled on weekends.

  16. Any changes in initial order (additional items, cancellation of items, change in delivery method or address, etc.) can only be serviced if orders have not left AP to be delivered. Such changes will automatically affect the delivery date of the orders.

  17. All products ordered are checked by AP and by the couriers before they are packed and delivered to their customers. All products are therefore guaranteed to be complete and in perfect condition when it leaves the hands of AP.

  18. You should check if all items you ordered have been delivered and if they are in good condition.
